EVA Foaming Performance Modifier

U-Prene® R-1010-2 is a high-efficiency modifier developed to upgrade EVA foaming performance. By simply adding it to existing EVA recipes, you can eliminate defects common in low-hardness foams. It injects superior elasticity and texture into your products without the need for new production equipment.

Smooth Texture, Zero Wrinkles: R-1010-2 provides excellent surface tension control, effectively eliminating shrinkage wrinkles. Even when hardness is reduced to Shore 23C, it maintains exceptional structural integrity.

Ultimate Rebound: Transforming standard EVA into a high-rebound material significantly improves comfort and product longevity.

Flexible Dosage: Recommended starting from 5%, and can be adjusted up to 50% to precisely control the balance between softness and bounce.
